Wethepeople just posted a preview of a colab shoe they are working on with Vans. There’s not much info, other than the release date of June 2010, but keep checking the WTP site for more info because these shoes look really good!

The We The People guys have been cooking up a new shoe project for a while and just hit us with a preview of their new footwear brand – Almond. We’ll have more info soon, but for now, keep reading to check out a preview of the new shoes!

There’s been some info out and about in regards to Aaron Ross’ signature Etnies shoe colab with Odyssey, but Odyssey just threw up a photo book on their site with a bunch of photos of the shoe. I can’t decide if the footbed or the speckled are my favorite part of the shoe, but I am stoked they stayed true to the Aaron Ross color pallet. You can keep reading for a few photos of the shoe and check out the full flipbook on the Odyssey site.

Art and Sole is a group art show that opens tonight (Saturday, October 3rd) at El Kartel in Vancouver in conjunction with PF Flyers. The concept for the show was to take a pair of PF Flyers Center Hi’s and do whatever you want with them, resulting in some extremely creative and very different results. To go along with the project is a book showcasing each artist and the shoe they created. The book will be distributed all over to different PF Flyers retailers and it will also be available at the opening tonight.
Continue reading to check out a bunch of images of the shoes (including a pair I did!) and if you are in Vancouver, make sure to make it to the opening at El Kartel!

Mike Hoder has a new video on the Lotek site as well as a new signature edition of the Mike Slims that are apparently beefed up for jumping down huge things. Check out the shoe after the jump and you can watch the video on the Lotek site.

The Come Up just posted an update about the Lotek Back To School 09 line that was just previews on the Lotek blog. Check out the whole line after the jump.

Another dope referral from Jason Eichhorst. I haven’t see this book yet, but judging by the click-through preview it’s incredible. The history of skate shoes goes further back than you may think, and this book catalogs all of it up to the present.
Go here to check it out.

Shadow and Lotek just dropped their Chase Dehart cloab shoe! They have a feature on the Shadow site with all the info and some photos.

Rich just posted the Spring 09 Lotek line. Check it out!

Derek Adams just sent over another preview of a new Orchid shoe. This time it’s a new Cobra, Matt Berringer’s shoe! “This color is called None More Black, an obvious reference for any Spinal Tap fans. “How much more black can it get? None. None more black.”"
Check it out after the jump – Continue reading Orchid Cobra Preview →
About a year ago Derek Adams asked if I would be down to do a custom pair of Vandever 2s for Orchid…
Over the passed few months, I had been working on a little shoe project with DVS. We initially started working on concepts using DVS’s Carson shoe (a nice standard shape with a vulcanized sole, but have decided to move to a different model). In the design process I received two sample from DVS, and we will be auctioning one of them off to help raise money for Mike Aitken and his family.
The shoe is a one-off sample, so it’s a size 9. Check out the auction here. The shoe is starting at $40, so get your bid on and help a fellow BMXer!
Click here for the auction and check out a bunch of photos of the shoe after the jump.

As you can see from the index page or any other site in BMX, the new Lotek shoes are out and that means our colab with Lotek on the Nightwolf Slim is available to purchase. From what I’ve heard almost all of the new Lotek’s are already close to selling out, so if you want a pair, make sure you act fast because once these shoes are gone, that’s it!
