The History of The DIG Logo

The DIG logo. Anyone who has eyeballed the magazine over the years is familiar with it. A chainring and interlocking hands; it’s pretty classic in my opinion.

Out of nowhere, I glanced at the logo one day (after looking at it for many many years) and all these questions popped into my head about it. What did I do next? You guessed it… harassed DIG Magazine’s Editor-in-Cheif Will Smyth about it.

Interview: Dennis Enarson

Dennis Enarson is one of today’s all around great bike riders. That pretty much sums him up. The fact that he always looks like he’s having a good time is just icing on the cake. Dennis is no stranger to street, riding park, dirt at contests or anything in between. He does it all. Dennis is pretty young, so that means we will see a whole lot more of him. That’s awesome!

Dennis is currently recovering from surgery on his femur, so I got in touch with him about doing an interview. We dig into Dennis’s history, his sponsors and what MARKIT is all about. Click below to read that.

Thanks to Brandon Means for the photos.

Q&A: Figuré BMX Magazine

A few weeks ago, I was emailed a teaser for a new free French magazine called Figuré BMX Mag. It was labeled “Teaser 1” which led me to believe there were more to follow. I didn’t post any, hoping I’d be able to clump them all together in a nice package with a Q&A.

Voilà!!! (thats French for “ta-da” more or less)

I reached out to Fabien with a few questions. Click below for that.

Interview: Edwin De La Rosa

Anytime there's some new Edwin stuff, I automatically want to see it. He is one of my favorite riders, no questions asked. His style and approach to street riding is one to be admired, but hopefully I don't have to tell you that. He is as important to street riding as pegs are.

Needless to say, this interview seems way overdue, but the timing couldn't feel better for me.
