Who doesn’t love the Simpsons?

Check out this Simpsons site. It’s probably not super new, but I just came across it thanks to my favorite new website. It’s pretty interactive, and you can make yourself into a Simpson’s character (thats me in the fish shirt up there). This site is to help promote the movie, which I’m hoping will be good.

I just picked up the newest issue of Dwell and it has a pretty good article on the Opdahl house. DJ/musician, Greyboy who has a passion for modernism currently lives in it now and has kept it in mint condition up till it’s 50th anniversary. Along with this great feature, dwell has switched up paper stock to a nice matte as well as some fresh design to make this issue a classic to have on your book shelf. you can get a preview here,but you dont get the same experience as the mag.

Those of you who live in San Diego or Miami (or who like cool shops and have internet access) may have noticed a new, and quite unique, shop on the scene. UNIV is a joint effort between Mirko Mangum (formerly of clothing brand Alphanumeric) and an old friend of mine and very cool dude named Tim Swart.
