RUBEN PIC
I grabbed this pic of Ruben from the Flybikes site, which is a sequence of a recent ad. It’s nuts!
This sort of wildness is all over Ruben’s GROUNDED part. Check for that.

Bakers Acres is one of those places that has bmx lifestyle written all over it. It has a good mix of friends, jumps, hard work, BBQ’s and good times, which is basically the foundation of what we do.
Steve Crandall sent a few pics of the more interesting aspects of the place (you already know what jumps look like), and wrote up a little background on the place. Oh, and that road sign above is hilarious.
Dave Jacobs dropped a line to mention a nifty lens adapter he’s got going called a Lens Bastard.
There’s some riding clips under the “sample” links.
Edd Allen from Federal sent over this Federal Paris trailer. It’s pretty rad, Enjoy!
The web video will be up on 6/6/07.

The Autophotos have been rolling this month, this is the third one for May! Our latest Autophoto is with Jeremy Pavia who bring in some strong photos from the East Coast.
We’re having an exhibition at the Carhartt store on Earlham St. this Friday with our friends from Frith St. tattoos. Thomas Hooper has designed some vinyl graphics for the shop window and will be tattooing in the store on Friday evening. The exhibition features photography from the studio on Frith St., there’s a little taster here and the invite’s after the jump…
I’m pretty sure its been argued that charicatures aren’t “real” graffiti, but PFFFT to that. If something stands out more than whatever is next to it, it’s a winner in my book. With that said, I’m always psyched whenever I see the rats (seen above), by artist “RATE” pop up on sites, or whenever I’m in NYC.
The dude who runs the Streetsy website, has a few pages of RATE pics on his site here. Some are better than others, but im guessing some are older.
Also, while searching around the internets, i came across a pretty cool photo blog site, called Untitledname. Click on that.

The DC X SE Racing project has been launched on the DC site. Check it out to see some interviews with Toby Henderson, Dave Ortiz, and Greyboy about the legacy of SE and what they meant to BMX. There are a bunch of photos of the PK Ripper as well as the shoe and apparel that go along with the project.

As you saw a few days ago, Ian has been in Portland hanging out with Rich for the past week. They have been filming a bunch and Rich just put up a dope video of Ian cruising around the city. There are some good riding clips and the filming is dope.
