Help Crowbar

A rider and a good friend to everyone that ever met him needs our help. Kurt Yaeger, probably better know as Crowbar, recently got into a bad motorcycle accident and his life will really never be the same.

I met Crowbar probably 8 years ago in Austin, TX. He had a big ass brown van and drove me around when all I had was a bike. Because of him I got to go everywhere we could think of. He would also parked his van on peoples lawns which at the time was funny. 3 years later I would see him again when he moved to Cali, van still in tact. Then he got Thunderbird, kind of bummed he ditched the big brown beast but whatever. He is still one of the nicest people I have ever met, always down to help a friend, and always down to have a good time.

The only bad experience I ever had with him was one night in Austin he hijacked some girls yellow mustang and brought them back to the house, one girl was lame, and when I dissed her she spilled coke on me. Actually that wasn’t his fault and it was pretty funny. Seeing him flying down the street in a yellow mustang with the top down was all worth it.

Any one who has met Crowbar probably has a million stories like this. Kurt had a lot of friends and we are all trying to help him out in his time of need, even Camp Woodward is even pitching in. To find out more, donate, or a chance to win a week at Woodward go to www.chadkagy.com

Sketches Of Frank Gehry

This looks like a great film by Sydney Pollack. I live in Seattle, so I’ve been to Experience Music Project a few times, which is a building Gehry designed and it was funded by Paul Allan. I guess they didn’t have a budget…. Money didn’t matter. Imagine that. A project with no financial limits. It’s pretty cool to see the transformations from the sketches to the actual buildings in this trailer. Cant wait to see the film. sketches of frank gehry

Gnarls Barkley

Dangermouse and Cee-Lo. How can you go wrong.

I’ve been rockin to their album St. Elswhere for the past week and I have been throughly impressed. I’m no music critic, so I’ll leave the review up to someone else, but today i stumbled across their myspace page via okayplayer.com, stole Andrews myspace login info and was happily greeted by some incredible photos… So hot, that I am basing this post off their photos alone. Cheech and Chong, Napoleon and Pedro, Wayne and Garth… the list goes on.

If you’re one of the lucky millions with a myspace account, check their page - here You can also check out gnarlsbarkley.com or if you have some time check out their interview on pitchfork.
