HELL HATH…
Inspired by Andrew’s post.
New Clipse. It’s rare in Hip-Hop these day’s that album’s are completely produced by one person or team (in this case The Neptunes), and it’s even more rare that it ends up being as enjoyable as this. Couple that with the fact that there aren’t a million guest MC’s, and that the tracklist isn’t super long or bogged down with lame skits/interludes etc…, and you have a solid album.
“Officially” out today.

just when i thought these guys disappeared i heard about this new record. at first i didn’t think much of it, but its actually pretty well put together.
plus that Mr. Me Too song is damn catchy.
The album is real good…Hard to say if its better then there last or not but its definetely a solid effort. Neptunes or not these guys got there own thing giong, they throw out some of the grimiest lyrics while still keeping an interesting outlook and a great sense of humor.

i’ve been waiting for this for approximately 4 years. i’m slightly let down only because XXL gave it a classic before i heard it and i don’t think it’s as good as it could have been. songs like “trill” drag the whole album down and while i appreciate the production it’s not on par with Lord Willin. still one of my favorite records of the year.
I thought Trill was one of the better songs on the album, its hot shit!
