Boogie
There are some photos that when you look at them, even if it’s just for a second, they’ll make an impact on your life. It doesn’t have to be any sort of life changing impact, but still, they are images that are hard to forget. That’s what Boogie’s work does for me. Boogie is Serbian photographer who lives in Brooklyn and is most well known for shooting gangs and crack addicts. Dante Ross has a new show on Riottt called O.G. Status and for the fist segment, he has a three part interview with Boogie.

crack heads are fucked up looking….hastings st. is a small comparison to what that guy’s seen i’m sure but taking a walk down there is mental sometimes…. i’ve seen someone shooting up sitting on the curb with some hooker looking chick beside him, and another guy pissing about three feet behind…..
So good! Been following his stuff for a while and this just adds so much more to it.
