Vans just dropped the new LXVI line. Stoked to finally see this stuff. Me likes!
From Vans:
The action sport original proudly presents LXVI.
LXVI is the embodiment of forward thinking, functional designs for the active and youthful lifestyle surrounding action sports. LXVI embraces the freedom to think outside, push the envelope, solve, evolve and look to the future.
LXVI products are grounded in a familiar Vans visual aesthetic, but are free from the constraints of traditional construction methods. This freedom allows for designs focused on comfort, flexibility and lighter weight.

The Sunday crew took along a disposable camera on their week long team trip to Atlanta at the end of April. They sweated it out and came back with some pics.

A good mix is the perfect companion to the long work day, which makes a good mix catalogue very valuable. One such good resource is Montreal-based music blog Music is My Sanctuary. With a ton of good guest mixes new and old ranging from jazz to electronic and hip hop, plus fairly regular original mixes by the founder Lexis, there’s plenty to pick from in the archives. Add random interesting stuff (like the Feats per Minute bike above) and you have a music blog worth checking out.

The Vans OTW Ludlow makes its Fall 2012 mark with a trio of new colorways arriving this July in (Camo) Rock, (Tweed) Black and Brown/Blues variations. Last month, I spent 10 days in the Dominican Republic with Nigel to film for a G-Shock edit as well as getting some footage for Get Sylvester. While I’m editing the Get Sylvester episode as I type this, the G-Shock edit just dropped! With riding footage filmed by John Hicks, I’m really stoked on how this edit turned out. Always love a nice solid riding video from Nigel. Check it!
Also, if you haven’t seen it, keep reading to check out a dope video that Pharrell Williams posted yesterday with Nigel.

Here’s Fox’s latest “Created To Destroy” edit featuring Aaron Ross. Well done indeed.

Here’s the latest episode of Get Sylvester… This time we switched it up a little bit and asked Bun B to help us out with some narration. We were in LA on the last day of the Gumball 3000 (a crazy car rally from NY – LA) and while we were talking to Bun, who is one of the biggest Gumball ambassadors and has been on the rally for the past few years, about doing a voiceover he brought up this poem that he had written the morning of the last day… With such an amazing trip that is so difficult to sum up in video of photos, this poem was beyond perfect.
Check out Bun B’s poem “Ode to 14″ above and keep reading to catch up on the last few episodes of Get Sylvester.

Kitten is a Los Angeles indie band fronted by a 16 year old lead singer. This super stylish music video was directed by Tiger Tiger, who did a rad job of blending a teenage storyline with gritty visuals, broadening its appeal into more mature territory.
On top of that there’s a BMX element, starring Eric Lichtenberger (who killed it as the “love interest”!), with cameos by Andrew Jackson (who came through with some great shooting locations in his downtown LA neighborhood) and The Bank’s Andrew Krassowski.

Here is a new edit from Subrosa rider Simone Barraco. He’s been on Suborsa Brand’s pro team for a while now, but with the busy travel schedule it took a minute to get him in one place long enough to get the edit he wanted done. We flew him over to the U.S. And he hit up Atlanta and Denver and produced one hell of an edit! Check the fire, and welcome to the team (Officially) homie!!!
