The Alcon is a slimmed-down, narrowed up version of the Alomar. A slightly longer toe and thinned collar pattern are the small adjustments that modernize this style – based on the current Alomar cupsole for comfort and support.
The Vans OTW Alcon debuts in two colorways, (Wool) Black and Black/Black , shipping this June to retailers.

The Chad Kerley Invitational went down last weekend at the Bakery. In my opinion it was a great success. It was a simple concept that generated some great progressive riding, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves throughout. In case you missed any of it, check out THESE TWO edits.
I hit up Brian Kachinsky and Chad Kerley to supply some random facts about the event, so click below to check that out.
Thanks to David Leep for the photos.

When we started filming for Guy Stuff Greg was one of the dudes who really wanted to do web edits with his footage all the time. He actually made an edit that didn’t go online because I convinced him to wait. You gotta respect a dude that wants to produce for his sponsors, but I’m glad we saved up his footage because now Greg finally has a full section that really shows what he can do on a bike. To say thanks for the support (and thanks from me to Greg for saving his clips) it seemed fitting to put his part online as a branded edit for Subrosa.
Here’s a fun clip of Nasty, Scotty Cranmer and Gary Young chopping it up on the race track. Includes some aggressive berm action and some classic high-lows.
Thanks Kosman!
