Animal F/W 2011 Look Book

Animal’s Fall/Winter clothing just hit the shops and we are excited to present their lookbook, shot by Edwin De La Rosa! As a followup from the feature we put together last year, Edwin cruised around New York with the Animal crew, snapping pics of everyone rocking the new gear. Keep reading to check out the lookbook and head over to the Animal site to get all the info on the clothing!

As a photographer, I’ve got to say this is pretty fuckin brill work. The feel of the streetscape somehow is more Detroit than NYC to me but could be any major northeastern city in the Fall. I’m very impressed but wouldn’t expect less from Animal.

To ‘Skavenger’ aka the hater- these are the animal team, regular guys who ride bmx’s wearing their sponsor and freind’s new clothing line. They are not professional models and Ed’s photo’s capture the range and vibe very, very well. There are some nice ‘fashion’ type shots but also great documentary street scapes as well so very well done on that. What were you expectin? Naomi Watts and Kate Moss to be chilling in an over-produced, downtown ‘ghetto vibe’ shoot? And yes, I do have a photography degree. Lay off the hate vibe or keep quiet- its just a bmx clothing range’s catalogue!
