Thank god for BBQ and Taco Trucks. Every long, hot day of riding was rewarded with Austin’s delicious food. We went to Ruby’s Barbecue thinking it was Aaron Ross’s favorite spot, Rudy’s. D’s or B’s aside, Ruby’s was pretty damn good.
