This is a photo of a good friend of mine at Benicia Skatepark in Northern california. I initially wanted to get a huge splash and the whole rider in the shot, but there wasn’t a ton of water and since I am kind of new to my 50mm, I must have misjudged the rider size. So, I guess this shot was kind of on accident, but I am stoked on how it came out. I feel that not showing the rider’s face makes it more of a piece of art then a photograph. Shot on a Nikon d90 50mm f/1.8 @ f/2.2 1/1,600 iso 200.
