Yosigo is someone I’ve followed on Flickr for some time, and I’m always stoked to see what’s next. Simple, interesting and he has great tones to his stuff (a lot of which comes from a Polaroid SX-70).
Click below for some examples, and be sure to hit up his Flickr and SITE too, where you will find a bunch of rad collections.
Nike sent through this video showing the names of people who will be at the Nike 6.0 BCN PRO.
Click below for a press release.

Shadow just sent over their latest print ad which is a dope welcome to the team ad featuring Ben Hucke. Check it!

So this will be all over the net today, and for good reason. Fucking Hell.

Leigh Ramsdell designed a “Back On Track” tee shirt for the benefit of our buddy Mike Vincent, who as you may remember, survived an almost deadly hit by an auto a couple years ago which took his eyesight. Although the accident wasn’t his fault, he has an obscenely large hospital bill which isn’t covered by insurance. At fifteen bucks a shot we can help make a dent.
Go here to see the tees and purchase via PayPal.

Desillusion #4 is so good that I’m not even mad at them for spamming me. The Dane Reynolds video (poetry in motion) and Adio commercials were my favorite, but that could be because they’re the only things I had time to watch. Check it out.

Click below for a video of Kiraly, Thompson and crew riding BMX in Northern California. Shot by Kiraly and Justin Burns, edited by Kiraly for Verde BMX.

As you may know, the new Cult video is dropping as we speak. The lineup involved is stacked, and I’m anxious to finish this so I can watch my copy.
I threw some quick questions at Rob-O about the project, so click below to read up on that.

The Tenth Anniversary of the Bicycle Film Festival is going down this week in NY and we are giving away 5 tickets to the BMX program that we helped curate! You can check out all the info for the BMX program that will be showing this Saturday the 19th here and you don’t win free tickets from us, you can buy tickets here. Along with the BMX shorts, we helped connect The Birth Of Big Air guys with the BFF and they were able to put some showings together, so you can watch The Birth Of Big Air on the big screen three different times this Friday night!
So, now for the free tickets. We have 5 tickets to give-a-way for the BMX program this Saturday at 6pm. All you need to do is be one of the first 5 people to send the correct answer of this question to info@defgrip.net
What was considered the first skyscraper in NYC?
Send your answer to info@defgrip.net
Again, this is only for the New York screening of the BMX program this Saturday at 6pm, so make sure if you enter to win, you are in NY and can make the screening.
There’s a bunch of stuff going on all week for the festival, so for all the info check out bicyclefilmfestival.com and keep reading to see the trailer for the festival.
I don’t know much about this event, but Julien Roubinet sent over some rad photos from Soulardouzant in Paris. It looks like there was a great turnout for the jam and Julien’s photos do a great job of capturing the riding as well as the crowd and everyone who was there to check it out. Keep reading for some more photos and you can check out some more shots here.
*Edit, Hadrien Picard sent over a bunch of info about the jam, that was actually for Soul BMX Mag’s 12 year anniversary!
KR posted about this issue of Exit magazine on his 12oz Prophet blog last February, but I didn’t come across it until today… I usually check out Exit on the newsstand as well, but haven’t come across this issue yet. None the less, the issue looks great and KR’s got some rad stuff in there including his signature drips on the cover.

Nike sent through this flyer and the below promo for some sort of contest going on in Barcelona in July. Park by Wessel, so it should be interesting.
The Red Bull Stomping Ground contest went down this weekend in Chicago and despite Mother Nature’s plans to thwart the contest, it was an overall good time with some great riding. Brandon Dosch ended up taking both the number one spot as well as best trick, with Chris Doyle (featured above) and Mike “Hucker” Clark getting second and third respectively. Check out a select number of photos from the event after the jump.
Just watch this.

BFF presents Joyride, an art exhibit curated by BFF founder Brendt Barbur. I know they have done these in the years past but I’ve never personally attended one yet. I’m looking forward to starting though on the big 10th anniversary show! With works from artists whom I really admire, to close friends, this should be fun! If you want to see the details a bit larger click here. Also, check out Bicycle Film Festival for detailed program schedules and lists of screenings! its coming up quickly so snatch a seat before they sell out!

Duo just sent over a copy of their latest ad that’s running in Ride UK. We are super stoked because the ad features a rad shot of the Duo X Defgrip seat that we did with them along with a nice shout-out to our site! Keep reading to check out the full ad and if you haven’t picked up a seat yet, make sure you hit up your local bike shop and have them get in touch with Greenhouse or check the seat out on Dans!
Tom Perry sent through these three edits that he put together of random footage that was casually acquired over the last year with his Canon G10. Nothing crazy, just chill riding and good times. You can expect to see all the usual San Diego dudes in this.
Above is the 3rd Rot Life edit, click below for 1 and 2.

Nine straight BMX posts means it’s time for a quick Dennis Hopper break.

Here is our 2nd installment of the Disposed series.
This time we have Demolition cruising through Pennsylvania and North Carolina with a Disposable camera while filming for Last Chance. The crew consisted of Jason Enns, Chris Doyle, Matty Long & Chris Long. This is what came back. I’m super stoked on this and shouts to Jason Enns. Also, they made picking the main image for this post easy for me. Thanks!!
