Autophoto: Joe Cox

Mike Taylor.

This was pretty much the first photo I took which I was really happy with. I had a really long cord linked to a flash on the right, and didn’t have a light meter so I had to measure how far away the flash was from where mike would be to calculate the f stop. I’m surprised it turned out at all really.

Loved it! I’ve been a fan of Joe’s stuff for a while, glad to see his site is back. It was gone for a while wasn’t it?

great autophoto, love the last photo, but there’s something wrong with robo’s head, i can’t put my finger on it..

I think he just has a hood sticking out of his flannel that is obscuring his head. Does look a little strange though now that you mention it.

The Robbo photo is rad, that bank is the worst to even ride around let alone air anything more than a few inches out of.

I think it’s amazing that I get the same vibe from all of Joe’s artistic expressions. Riding, filming, editing, photography – everything has such an unique feel to it.

    Joe Cox is a legend!!!
