This spot is right on the border of Long Beach along the San Gabriel riverbed. If you cross that bridge and make a left you’ll roll up to the spot where Chris Doyle scored the cover of the May 2009 issue of Ride doing a huge superman. We were actually riding that spot with Chase Hawk and Sean Sexton and on the way out Dakota Roche noticed this rail hop and decided to give it a go. In case the photo doesn’t sum it up, this hop is insane, the rail is grip height, the bank is rough, and well, it’s a long way down. Sounds like a perfect spot for one of Dak’s superhuman bunnyhops.
