Will Stroud was out in LA recently getting some footage of Mike Ardelean and Jesse Whaley for Verde and I came across some photos of the guys on the Ludwig blog. The girls from Tiger Tiger shot them (their first time shooting BMX) and there are some good shots in there. Check a few out on the Ludwig blog and the rest out on the Tiger Tiger blog.
“No logos or brand name bullshit on this one. You can pick up the shirt for $15 on the Yobeat online store and read up about the shirt on Jared’s blog. You can also check out the shirt after the jump.
Here’s a sweet December Team Mix from Demolition.
I stumbled across Valeria Lazareva‘s work through a maze of image blogs. I don’t remember where I found the photos, but thankfully they were properly credited with a link right back to the photographers website. With great colors, interesting subjects, and intriguing composition it was easy to spend a long time looking at each photo set on Lazareva’s website. Broken into four sections; editorial, personal, travel, and interior there’s no shortage of amazing work to waste your lunch hour drooling over.
After we posted on the Fantastic Mr. Fox book by Pentagram last week, we got an email from Christopher San Agustin letting us know a great behind the scenes video covering the making of the film. The video touches on the work flow during shooting and has a bunch of great shots of the sets and the cameras/setups they used to create the film.
Simpel Sessions is going down again this year in Talin, Estonia on February 5-7th. Nuno and I got to go to this contest in 2008 and I was definitely one of the best events I’ve been to. The course is always amazing, the rider list is stacked, and the energy in the crowd is crazy. Keep reading to get all the info and to watch their great 2010 trailer.

James Wade’s November photobook is up now. Peep it HERE.
Check out some awesome photos from Mike Robinson. Mike shoots with a bunch of film cameras and recently finished his website. The site is super simple, but I really love the navigation on the Photos (1) page where someone is holding a different camera for each section…. So if you click on the photo of the Polaroid camera it will take you to the Polaroid photos… Super simple, but clever at the same time. Check out Mike site wheresweatyisntnice.com and keep reading for some of his photos.
Ride UK has an interview up with Richard Forne (who I called Richard Wilson last week… but I think his name is Richard Forne Wilson. At least that’s what his email said. Anyway…), the Nike 6.0 media apprentice winner and the filmer/editor who was responsible for the Owain Clegg Carhartt edit we had on the site last week. Check out his interview on the Ride UK site and make sure to watch his edits again.
