Mike Tyson’s Abandoned Mansion
Photography August, 21 2009

There’s is an amazing photo series on photographer Danny Wills’ site documenting an abandoned mansion that Mike Tyson used to own. I searched around a bit and discovered that someone named Paul Monea bought the mansion from Tyson and shortly after he purchased it, the mansion was seized by feds who are investigating Monea for a money laundering scheme. You can see Danny Wills’ series here and here and check out more info on the mansion here.

That sort of thing lights a fire in me. Although, if that place was in England, someone or some people would be well on their way to claiming squatters rights… namely, me!

I don’t understand why all the comments on the mansion link are claiming photoshop. What advantage does making something look like shit gain in a state where people could obviously give a fuck about living? This place looks like ass I will give you 50k> really?

this place looks morbid. For some reason, the matress pic really creeped me out.
