Through a few message boards and some random clicking I just came across this rad video on, a site called Quality Control, that compiles sounds from the world to create music. I really love the concept and the video is quite fun.

    Wow that was really awesome!

    I’ve heard that this is the kind of thing Jeff Mangum has been working on since Neutral Milk Hotel broke up.
    But, apparently he’s using up to 10000 sounds per song or something wild like that.
